How to be a good foreign trade specialist?

A good salesman should be with the quality of professonal,psychology,and attitude.

The work requirement for a specialist includes four aspects:

1. Basic quality

*Quite familiar with the whole operation procedure of export business.

*Using fluent language to communicate with customers.

*Known well to international etiqutte.

*Practised office software.

*Draft standarded fax,email,verify L/C independently.

2.Professional qualiy

*Understand the company products and procedure,accurate judge to quality and material,also could prepare products catalogue/brochure/profile/costing sheet idependently.

*Understand to test standard, technology.

*know well to the whole market, competitor,the detail of competitor's products;

*Can judge customer's intention from  the manner of his speaking,

*Can arrange customer's visit correctly in advance, guide them to visit factory independently,and can reply customer's question timely.

*Have actual experience on exportation.

*Have detail plan for new orders and have strain capacity for urgent issue on bulk.

3.professional ethics

*As a good businessman,we should respect relevant deparments,maintain the company and products image,

*Observe the company rule and discipline,

*Keeping study from work,improving ourseves as well.

4.work attitude

*With tough/industery/diligent spirit.

*Good consciousness of teamwork,communication ability,working attitude,and so on.

*Be good at summarize,maintenance information,
