The timing is not for me,but... ...
I always stick to the principles,the job what i choose must be the interested one, i think the nature of job is the most important factor to be insisted,so i am quiting,
Dring passed two weeks,i attended some interviews, from begin nervous to confident,from to be asked to later free talk,i become more and more self-motivation. but one point make me frustrated! got married but still not give birth! even i have enough work experience ,even they told me i am excellent! but still need to consider.
I know life won't be perfect, i will never quit to chase my dream; everyone could be encounter an adverse situation even you are strong enough,so each day i enriches myself, also found many flaw in my knowledge after constant learning.
I've learned that i can't choose how i feel,but i can choose what i do about it;
I've learned that everyone wants to stand on top of the mountain,but all the happiness and growth occurs while you are climbing it.
I've learned that the less time i have to work with,the more thing i get done;
During the interview, i met these good questions that really need to think over whenever:
1.While you get an order but the supplier give the price is $2 higher than target,how do you presuade supplier to take the order?
2.If the order is 200pcs/per color, but the fabric MOQ is 2000pcs/per color,how do you deal with?
3.What is your next five years planning/objective?
4.During the passed years work, what's the most tough thing you meet and how do you deal with?
5.Why do you leave your current job under such pretty good salary?
6.If customer give you a new product image that complete new idea for you to development, also no any other information,just a photo, how do you do fisrt step and then let customer satisfied?
7.What do you think you would bring to the job?
.....i need to remember,to think over all of these points.
When you feel tension and face with so many negative and tough situation,take the necessary time in your own life to dream your dreams and renew your energy,you will be ready to face each new day,and rememver the positive things,this is always what i insist and follow.
