Dispatch samples?
After customer place order, they will ask seller to supply samples for review and inspect,so here need to dispatch samples.
1. Preparation for samples,
*Understand the standard of sample,
*Judge which is the most representative sample to be sent.
*Deal with the sample charge
*Check all the details before sending out and file the record, ask for sending address.
2.Begin to send:
*Choose feasible express to dispatch
*Need to attach the whole detail sheet with sample.
*You also could consider to send some small gift together,
3.Record after dispatch.
*Timely inform customer to check the package and advice AWB# for trackng.
*Make a chart to record each dispatch ABW# and content for keeping.
*Make sure to follow up closely after dispatch.
*Record each samples the feedback from customer.
